    Shipping and insurance costs
    The shipping costs for orders abroad are at least € 6.95 and depend on the country to which the order has to be sent. The correct shipping costs will be indicated in the shopping cart after you have entered your address details. We bear the risk of damage or loss of your package during shipment.

    We cooperate with DHL, DPD and PostNL (which is a dutch postal company). Depending on the shipping address, we choose the best option. If you have a preference, of course we would love to hear from you too!

    Free shipping
    For several countries, we offer free shipping, starting from a minimum order amount. This applies to most countries in Europe. A few countries are shown as examples in the overview below.

    If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be indicated in the shopping cart after you enter your address details. Free shipping is not available for shipments to countries outside of Europe.

    Fast delivery: ordered today before 5 p.m., shipped today
    The delivery time is indicated with the product. Products listed as shipping today are in stock with us immediately. Products where more working days are listed as delivery time, they are on order with our supplier and will come your way as soon as possible. If an ordered item is not immediately available from stock, we will inform you soon about the expected delivery time. If a product is no longer available, we will look for a good alternative. Of course, you can then still cancel free of charge if you wish.

    If you order Tuesday through Friday before 5 p.m., your order (if in stock) will be shipped the same day. Orders within the Netherlands are then usually delivered the next day. Shipments to foreign countries take more time.

    If you order on Monday, Saturday and Sunday , your order (if in stock) will be shipped on the next business day.

    Exchanges & returns

    If you wish to exchange a product, we ask that you send an email stating your order number. We do not charge delivery costs for the delivery of a different size or color. This may be different for exchanges to a non-EU country. We will discuss this with you.


    You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt (=actual delivery date carrier) without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. Your return will also be accepted in case of delays. Your return will also be accepted in the event of delays. If your return has been processed by us, the full order amount including shipping costs will be credited. The costs for return from home to the webshop are for your own account. You can use a carrier of your choice.

    Please note: For returns from a non-EU country, always contact us first. We will discuss with you how you can arrange your return.

    Right of withdrawal
    If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return.

    Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

    • For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products are not returnable.
    • Products created by Barebonesstore in accordance with consumer specifications.
    • Products that are clearly personal in nature.
    • Products that by their nature cannot be returned.
    • Products that can spoil or age quickly.
    • Products whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence.

    Model withdrawal form

    This form allows you to register a product for return up to 14 days after receipt. A return can also be notified by e-mail.

    We encourage you to first communicate complaints to us by emailing. As of Feb. 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
